29 April 2003: Don delivered the keynote speech at the Harrisburg, PA World Trade Center conference on " IT Strategies for Global Markets." He spoke about the return on investment of multilingual and multinational business systems.
 
4 April 2003: Don was a featured speaker on a panel at the Exporting for Growth conference at the Northern Virginia Technology Council in McLean, VA. He spoke about the "localization tipping point," the crossover where translation and adaptation are necessary for products in international markets.
 
25 March 2003: Don will deliver the keynote speech on 25 March at the 23rd Internationalization and Unicode Conference in Prague, Czech Republic. Renato will nail his 95 theses to the door of the conference as he delivers the Machine Translation Manifesto on 26 March. Look for more information as we get closer to the conference. Not having found it on a vanity Google search, Don will reference his dissertation, "Ceská prehláska and the Great English Vowel Shift: A Comparative Study" to make sure it's picked up on future searches.
 
13 November 2002: Don keynoted the second day of the Localisation Resource Centre's (LRC) 2002 Conference on eContent Localisation in Dublin, Ireland. You can find more information about the conference at LRC.
